AW Health Care is currently seeking a Full Time front desk receptionist to perform various duties, tasks, and responsibilities, which are important for the smooth operations of the office.
Hours: Monday-Friday from 8:00AM-4:30PM, no weekends, no holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Answer telephone calls, providing accurate information about services and procedures; provide further assistance to satisfy patients' inquiries, maintaining open communication with clients, and attending to patients' current needs
- Order Supplies when needed
- Monitor all incoming faxes and forward them to the appropriate person
- Maintain extension list and AW email list
- Open and distribute mail/stamp or weigh all outgoing mail
- Mail out invoices when needed
- Manage Medical Records
- Faxing and scanning
- Sort and hand out payroll checks
- Maintain office services through standard operations and procedures,
- Provide excellent customer service with prompt and courteous communication.
- Accurately enter a variety of data into information systems.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS: - Must poses excellent oral and written communication skills needed to effectively communicate with physicians, all levels of staff within the administration and patients.
- Must have knowledge / experience with Medical Records
- Must have above average public relations skills needed to interface with community leaders.
- Knowledge of organizational policies, procedures and systems, clinical office procedures, computer systems and various applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
- Skills in planning, organizing, delegating/supervising and evaluating the effectiveness of existing methods and procedures.
- Able to set priorities among multiple requests.
- Able to effectively problem solve on a timely basis.
Salary Description
$20-$23 per hour
