PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform NDE inspections such as MT, PT and UT Preparing NDE reportsPerform inspections on components and assembliesPreparing data books and certifications for the partsCoordinate and assist inspections of material and goods received for compliance with specificationsReview inspection records received from suppliers for compliancePrepare and coordinate Nonconformance Reports (NCR's) for nonconforming partsReview the Material Test Reports (MTRs) and compare with specificationsPrepare inspection reports and maintain files of inspection documentValidate part traceabilityCoordinate and maintain gage and equipment calibration requirementsMaintain gage areaLead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigationsEnsure compliance with established internal control procedures Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.Comply with all NOV Company and HSE policies and procedures. Perform his duties with minimum supervisionBe able to work overtime and weekends if neededAdditional Qualifications/ResponsibilitiesEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS:Minimum high school diploma or GEDMinimum 5-years' experience in manufacturing, quality control, or related field2-5 years' hands-on experience working with measurement tools and fabrication process, preferably in oil & gas industryMT and PT Level II certificationUT Level II certification is preferredFamiliar with ASME and ASTM codesBe able read drawings and blueprintsBe able to read Material Test Reports (MTRs)Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power PointFamiliar with Microsoft TeamsFamiliar with EBS and Teamcenter is a plusBe able to perform his duties with minimum supervisionTeamwork and good communication skillTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:Excellent knowledge and experience on NDE processes and report interpretationGreat knowledge in MS officeERP SoftwareAble to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and assembly proceduresFamiliar with ASME and ASTM codes.Familiar with Microsoft TeamsFamiliar with EBS and Teamcenter is a plusTeamwork and great communication skill
