Job Title: Bilingual Call Center Representative (Spanish)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time
Location: San Antonio, TX (South Side)

Position Details:
Full-Time Opportunities: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 am to 5: 00 pm
Part-Time Opportunity: Monday to Thursday, 8: 30 pm to 2: 30 pm
Paid Training: We invest in your success from day one.
Temp-to-Hire: After 90 days, there s potential for a permanent position.
Responsibilities: As a Call Center Representative, you ll play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional service for our callers. Here are your key responsibilities:
1.First Call Resolution: Strive for efficient and effective issue resolution on every call.
2.Patient Account Management: Navigate the practice management system to access patient accounts and encounters using various criteria (name, birth date, social security number, account number).
3.Appointment Scheduling: Proficiently schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments based on patient or clinic needs.
4.Service Line Expertise: Demonstrate strong scheduling abilities across medical, obstetrics, dental, and behavioral health services.
5.Telephone Etiquette: Answer calls professionally, following the provided script and identifying yourself and the clinic.
6.Insurance Knowledge: Understand insurance programs, especially Medicaid and CHIP, to assist callers effectively.
7.Appointment Reminders: Make proactive reminder calls to patients (if not automated) and follow up as needed.
Requirements:
1.Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken)
2.Computer proficiency
3.Excellent multitasking skills
4.Commitment to providing outstanding customer service
5.Current TB test (assistance available)
6.Willingness to adhere to Covid and Flu Immunization requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week.
