The ideal candidate will be proficient with Microsoft Office and capable of managing the daily schedules of Service and Maintenance Technicians to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

** Contract to Hire role ** Responsibilities - Manage the Service and Maintenance Technicians' daily schedules to maximize results.
- Set the dispatch board and assign technicians for service calls.
- Ensure all service calls are properly completed through the technician debrief process.
- Maintain the on-call schedule for service technicians.
- Maintain the customer database with current information.
- Provide and report clear, concise communications with department managers, employees, and customers.
- Keep customers informed about the company schedule and requested lead times.
- Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Communicate regularly with the Service Manager to resolve questions, concerns, or issues.
- Meet or exceed all assigned financial goals.
- Implement company best practices within the department promptly.
- Assist the Service Manager in developing departmental goals that align with company goals.
- Understand how department performance impacts the company's financial and KPI results.
- Provide constant positive coaching and feedback to team members.
- Report relevant information, reports, and data to the Management Team as required.
- Report any safety, compliance, or legal issues directly to the Service Manager.
- Participate in company meetings, hold regular CSR department meetings, and contribute to company planning.
Essential Skills - 2+ years of dispatch or customer service and operations experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Dispatching experience.
- Customer service experience.
- HVAC product and service knowledge.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and offer solutions to customers.
- Capability of multi-tasking and managing multiple projects.
Additional Skills & Qualifications - Experience in data entry.
- Administrative support skills.
- Experience with scheduling appointments and quoting service calls.
