In summary, here's how you'll spend your time:
Define project requirements with stakeholders and plan all related activities.
Draft proposals, budget, and present projects for approval.
Plan, coordinate, and approve designs.
Research various components and make purchase requests.
Manage subcontracting involved in the project.
Oversee the implementation of the project in the plant.
Collaborate with various internal departments such as maintenance, production, commissioning, manufacturing engineering, etc.
Communicate project progress through dashboards, indicators, or during governance meetings.
Ensure that the needs of internal or external clients are met and that they are satisfied with the proposed solution throughout the project.
