What you can expect from this role
- Clinic operates 5 days a week Monday-Friday, 7:00-6:00 with four 10-hour shifts.
- Serves diverse populations: pediatric, adult, and senior.
- Provides comprehensive front door care including wellness, acute, behavioral health, diagnostics, and pharmacy services.
- Emphasizes seamless care delivery through optimized workflows and cross-training.
- Utilizes consumer insights to inform and enhance practices, recommending explorative studies and new standards.
- Collaborates on developing, refining, and enhancing clinical programs, processes, and policies with care team.
- Conducts post-discharge outreach to reduce readmission risks.
Qualifications
Education
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience
Certifications
- Current BLS-CPR Certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Current recognized National Certification as a Medical Assistant from one of the following: NCCT, NAHP, AMT, AAMA, AMCA, or NHA
