Tora Inc is a Manufacturing entity based in St Catherine, Niagara Ontario, with over 23 years of experience in the Industry.

We recognized the need for a quality and efficient Storing Facility with a sizable warehousing capacity which has been increased year on year since our inception, hence the need for additional warehouse workers.

As one of our Warehouse Supervisor, your role is very crucial to our everyday operations and you will work together with the operations manager and other relevant members of staff to carry out the function of your office.

Below is a Breakdown of your Role as our Warehouse Supervisor at Tora Inc :

1.Supervise all of warehouse’s activities while ensuring maximum efficiency and minimize staff overtime

2.Ensure effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies

3.Analyze logistics data to increase productivity and reduce any case of loss.

4.Oversee receiving, warehousing and distribution operations

5.Implement operational policies and procedures

6.Implement and oversee security operations

7.Manage inventory control and quality assurance, productivity and logistics

8.Motivate, organize, and discipline staff

9. Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods

10. Inspect, maintain, and manage warehouse equipment and vehicles

11. Keep detailed records of warehouse activities

12. Ensure effective and safe use of warehouse equipment

13. Ensure safety of staff and Visitors to the Warehouse

Requirment and Qualifications

1. High School Diploma or an Equivalent Certificate.

2. You must be Eligible to Work in Canada

3. You must have a Valid Canadian Driver’s License

4. Student are NOT permitted to Apply

5. You must be able to Read, Write and Communicate perfectly in English

6. A warehouse or Factory experience is an Advantage but not necessary
