6 months contract
Pay: $35-50/hr on T4
Key Tasks
• Manage monthly reporting and data requirements to support and contribute to Senior Management Reports
• Answer questions and concerns as the first point of contact for and meeting planning teams
• Participate with internal subject matter experts and external vendors on action items such as employee support and technology configuration improvements
• Collaborate with Travel and Procurement managers and internal stakeholders to:
o Produce, supervise or contribute to the production of reports for the meeting and travel programs
o Identify operational efficiencies
o Design processes in support of new programs or program components
o Support employee compliance to the Global Travel and Group Meeting/Event Policy and related policies and standards
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Superior data and analytical skills
2. Excellent working knowledge of Cvent
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience managing meetings and/or a corporate meeting and events program
4. Demonstrated experience driving policy compliance.
5. Customer service and problem-solving skills are essential
6. Proficiency with Microsoft products, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and Power BI dashboards
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Understanding of sourcing, procurement and vendor management principles
2. Cvent administrative experience and certification would be an asset
3. Experience with corporate travel program, or elements of, would be an asset
Education:
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
