Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans that align with Lean Office strategy and culture, engaging employees to drive results.
- Review internal and external best practices to create cutting-edge communication strategies.
- Assist in creating surveys to measure communication effectiveness.
- Design and produce materials for various channels (email, print, video, social media, site visits) to support leadership meetings, town halls, presentations, and blogs.
- Develop executive presentations, talking points, infographics, training materials, and other communication assets.
- Summarize complex business issues visually and textually to ensure clear understanding and adoption.
- Coordinate and manage the delivery of communication materials on schedule.
- Evaluate communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
- Manage recurring communications (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
- Collaborate on user research, creating designs and wireframes that meet business needs under time constraints.
- Advocate for the end user and ensure designs are aligned with their needs and experiences.
- Develop materials to support leaders, such as PowerPoints, emails, and special announcements.
- Influence stakeholders and explain UX best practices to drive alignment and support.
- Leverage AI technologies to streamline content creation, automate tasks, and enhance communication strategies with data-driven insights.

- ENGAGEMENT WITH EXECUTIVE LEVEL / SENIOR MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE highly preferred

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in related field required
