Our client, a leading supplier of custom aluminium extrusions in North America, is seeking a Production Manager to join their team at their cutting-edge facility in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

As the Production Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, enhancing quality standards, and maximizing efficiency in their state-of-the-art extrusion facility. Working with a team of industry-leading experts you will foster a culture of passion, knowledge, and integrity to deliver exceptional service and quality products. The Production Manager will be instrumental in achieving their strategic objectives and maintaining their position as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production operations from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and quality
• Analyze processes, optimize resources, and identify inefficiencies
• Drive continuous improvement for waste reduction and quality enhancement
• Mentor and empower the production team to excel
• Collaborate cross-functionally to meet standards and exceed expectations

Experience Required:

• Minimum 6 years' experience in aluminium extrusion with expertise in processes and equipment
• Proven record in implementing process improvements and achieving results in manufacturing.
• Strong leadership, communication, and motivation skills
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools
• Familiarity with environmental regulations and sustainability practices relevant to the manufacturing industry
