• Direct and manage all aspects of complex litigation matters, including jury trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents as necessary.
• Provide clients with guidance and counsel concerning their legal rights, obligations, and potential liabilities.
• Utilizing litigation software to manage all aspects of cases.
• Perform comprehensive analysis, risk assessment and counseling on various professional ethics matters.
• Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies for complex cases in state and federal courts.
• Provide high quality, cost-effective legal representation, emphasizing client communication, simplicity, practicality, and innovation in resolving legal issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients or the firm on the legal ramifications of different strategies.
• Managing active caseloads while maintaining regular contact with clients.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the MN state bar (active and in good standing).
• Proven experience as a Litigation Attorney.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly ethical, demonstrating professionalism and a commitment to client confidentiality.
