Macdonald Devin Madden Kenefick & Harris, P.C. is a full-service litigation defense firm with over 35 years’ presence in Dallas and the state of Texas. Our practice generally encompasses litigation and appeals in personal injury, products liability, trucking, construction, and other complex civil litigation matters.

With our continued growth we are looking to add an Associate Attorney to our appellate group that will be involved in handling appeals and litigation support in both state and federal courts. Candidates should have some experience or background in appellate law, strong research and writing skills, good academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn and work within a team.  Experience with an appellate court as a briefing attorney or similar position is a plus. Of course, a J.D. from an accredited law school and a current Texas License is required.
