Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Shared Services team. In this role, you will independently analyze complex business needs, advise on application design and process improvements, and partner with key stakeholders to diagnose and resolve intricate challenges. This role requires strong project management abilities, problem-solving skills, and minimal supervision as you lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies and deliver value-added strategic solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Visioning : Deliver strategic recommendations to stakeholders for achieving effective and efficient processes and project objectives.
- Requirements Management : Direct and guide Developers on requirements and testing outcomes to ensure solutions are fully functional and meet standards prior to release.
- Process Improvement : Identify, analyze, and implement improvements in business processes; map current and future state workflows to optimize operating efficiencies.
- Impact Analysis : Apply in-depth knowledge to assess the impact of process and product changes across multiple product lines, delivering readiness plans to clients/users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Partner with leadership across departments to drive large-scale initiatives and implement high-value strategic solutions.
- Project Management : Independently manage complex projects with multiple deliverables and timeframes, including resource allocation, release management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Stakeholder Liaison : Act as a liaison to elicit, define, analyze, and validate requirements for process, policy, technology, and information system changes to resolve business challenges.
- Risk and Dependency Management : Coordinate with IT, Operations, and Product Management teams to handle interdependencies, proactively identify, and manage risks.
- Process Optimization : Recommend and initiate process redesigns to improve productivity and reporting accuracy.
- Quality Assurance : Lead quality assurance efforts for all solutions, including creating test plans, tracking issues, troubleshooting, and communicating resolutions.
- Root Cause Analysis : Conduct root cause analysis for complex business issues and provide management with recommendations for resolution to meet organizational goals.
- General Duties : Support additional duties as assigned in alignment with the position's purpose.

Requirements:
- Education : Associate’s Degree preferred; candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Experience : 5+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement; leadership experience is a plus.

- Advanced project management, facilitation, and issue-resolution abilities.
- Strong presentation skills for engaging senior leadership.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of managing multiple tasks with high quality standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Preferred : Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
