In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the Division President to establish and achieve land acquisition goals. You will be responsible for expanding our land pipeline, managing a team, and driving successful acquisitions. This position requires someone with strong local market knowledge and a proven track record in land acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and assess potential land acquisition opportunities
• Conduct thorough financial and market analyses to evaluate viability
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with industry contacts
• Present land deals to senior leadership for approval
• Negotiate terms and conditions with landowners and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Land Acquisition or related field
• Strong negotiation skills with proficiency in financial and market analysis
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Valid driver's license
