Job Description

We are currently hiring an Office Manager to support a local Non-Profit Organization that aims to support families in need through food security and additional resources. This is a part-time, contract opportunity.


Job Title: Office Manager

Pay Rate: $22- $24 per hour

Schedule: Approx. 24 hours per week- flexibility within typical working hours (M-F)

Duration: Mid- November through Mid- January


Responsibilities

  • Office Administration
  • Administrative Support
  • Communications
  • Financial Management: basic accounting such as invoicing and accounts payable


Qualifications

  • Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask
  • Friendly and upbeat demeanor
  • Must have a vehicle and driver's license
  • General accounting experience, quickbooks and bill.com
