Job Title: Talent Solution Manager
Location : Remote

We are looking for a Remote Recruiting Manager lead the recruitment function internally, creating our talent strategy and process to help us scale our teams.
Job Description:
Core Duties & Responsibilities: - Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases.
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching and collaborative skills.
- Oversee the administrative aspects of the hiring process such as scheduling interviews, background/drug checks and onboarding of contractors.
- Oversee and manage the contract agency/business relationships and daily activities.
- Oversee and manage the contractor onboarding and off boarding process, including verifying bill rates.
- Demonstrate professionalism with ability to engage effectively to build rapport across all employee levels; management, staff, customers, vendors, contractors and others.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching and collaborative skills.
- Disciplined, detail-oriented, organized, and thorough self-starter.
- Demonstrated skill in organizing resources, establishing priorities and motivating stakeholders.
- Strategic planning, tactical and execution skills.
- Ability to create and implement policies and standards that drive the corporate strategic initiatives.
- Proficient in using a computer and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Recruit, interview, hire and train new direct reports.
- Review pending offers for approval.
- Oversee the daily workflow direct reports.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
- Other Duties as assigned.
Education: - High School Diploma or GED required.
Experience: - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1 years in a managerial role.
- 2+ years managing contract agency set up, process, and relationship management.
- Experience recruiting in a construction, industrial or a manufacturing environment preferred.
