Position: Senior and Residential Care (SR Care) Program Director

Practice Highlights:

  • Role: Provide leadership and oversight for CHCWs Senior and Residential Care Program, delivering medical, teaching, and administrative services.
  • Scope: Direct medical care and training for senior populations in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Adult Family Homes (AFHs), and Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs).
  • Focus: Ensure program quality, strategic growth, and safety in senior care.
  • Preferred Background: Internal Medicine or Geriatrics expertise.
  • Bonus: Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!
  • EMR: GERIMED.

Compensation:

  • Competitive base salary: $240k-$250k DOE, including directorship.

Qualifications:

  • MD/DO or IMG equivalent.
  • Completion of an accredited US FM or IM Residency.
  • Preferred: Geriatric medicine certification or FM/IM with added geriatrics qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a provider; leadership experience is a plus.
  • Washington State medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
  • DEA certification and board certification (BE/BC).
  • Strong peer references and Medicare/Medicaid credentialing approval.
