Responsibilities

  • Assist therapists with patients requiring assist of 2
  • n
  • Transporting of patients to/from therapy
  • n
  • Sanitize all therapy equipment and
  • n
  • Some administrative tasks such as copying home exercise programs, printing schedules, etc.
  • n
  • Demonstrates the ability to meet the department work schedule.
  • n
  • Demonstrates initiative to improve quality of care, patient and employee safety, and customer service.
  • n

Qualifications
n
    n
  • Must be 18 years old or older.
  • n
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • n
  • Minimum of 75 hour Certified Nursing Aid certification required. Indicate on your application which CNA certification you possess (75 hour, 120 hour or 150 hour). Only applications with this information indicated will be considered.
  • n
  • Dept of Labor Level III (Medium) Work. Candidates must successfully complete a post-offer, pre-employment strength and agility test at Medium Level of Work.
