About the Role

Job Title: Vice President of Customer Transformation in AI
Reports to: Chief Product and Revenue Officer

Job Summary:

The Vice President of Customer Transformation will oversee a $70M P&L with the goal of propelling substantial growth by guiding our clients through the adoption of transformative generative AI solutions. This leader will focus on creating, developing, and promoting new offerings that will significantly improve customer outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Leadership: Direct the development and execution of digital transformation offerings tailored to enhance client services.
  • Digital Transformation Roadmap: Create and implement a comprehensive roadmap that spans all business operations, optimizing both internal workflows and customer interactions.
  • Upsell and Cross Sell: Drive growth by introducing innovative offerings to our existing customer base.
  • New Logos: Seek and secure new clients for our digital transformation initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years in digital transformation, IT leadership, or similar, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior management role. Proven success in leading significant transformation initiatives in large organizations.
  • Leadership Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic visions into actionable plans.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong expertise in using data analytics to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Project Management: Proven record in overseeing complex projects with diverse teams.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Familiarity with agile methodologies in software development.
  • Knowledge of current digital transformation trends and challenges.
  • Experience in business process reengineering and automation.
  • Understanding of AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud solutions.
