For more information, visit our website , or connect with us on LinkedIn or Twitter.nnResponsibilitiesnnFollow established plant wide and department safety rules as well as all GMP, SQF, SOP and Work Instruction guidelinesnnReport any safety concerns or problems to Group LeadernnAbility to perform all duties associated with Technician B and C job responsibilitiesnnTroubleshoot and repair injection molding machines and accessory support equipment.nnPerform hydraulic repairs including cylinders and componentsnnPerform electrical repairs up to 3 phase 480 voltsnnMake necessary plumbing and electrical connections and disconnections needed for molding machines and accessory support equipmentnnClean machine and surrounding area after repairsnnSafely operate forkliftnnSafely operate hand held tools, bench grinders and power toolsnnMaintain maintenance work area and tools in clean orderly mannernnComplete preventative maintenance checks and use computer software to enter, update and close work ordersnnNotify Group Leader of replacement parts needednnPerform any and all job assignments employee has been trained to do.nnQualificationsnnTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential functions satisfactorily.
