Location Waterloo, Iowa

• , no call
• EMR: Cerner
• Average number of surgical cases per day: 4-6
• Trauma level 3
• All ages - Peds it is mostly ENT (tubes & tonsils)
• General, minor nerve blocks, IV regional anesthesia, thoracic cases (except open heart), spinal, epidural, OB, neurosurgical.
• Credentialing timeframe: 4-6 weeks

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Board Certified Anesthesia - Required
• Active IA license or IMLC - Required
• NRP, ACLS - Required to obtain before starting
