Job Description

Spherion Staffing is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative in Fargo. The Customer Service Representative serves customers by processing orders, resolving problems and positively communicating with customers to ensure they meet company and customer requirements.
Pay $20/hour
Monday-Friday 9:30 am-6pm
Responsibilities:
-Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email
-Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner
-Diagnose, assess and resolve problems or issues
-Monitor progress of delivery routes
-Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
-Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
Working hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred
-Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Project
-Knowledge of warehouse operations
-Possess excellent communication skills
-Ability to work in a changing fast-paced environment
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
-Possess organizational skills
