Spherion is seeking a part time (20hrs per week) receptionist for a Family owned and operated outpatient orthopedic and outpatient nutrition clinic.
This is a Temp to Perm position.
Fully In Office
SAMPLE schedule:
Monday: 3 to 8pm
Tuesday: off
Wednesday: 2 to 8pm
Thursday: 3 to 8pm
Friday: 8am to 5pm
Responsibilities:
In this role you will support the office by: answering phone, scheduling patients, taking copay &, insurance verification, authorizations, referrals, calling other Dr.'s offices, etc.
Greeting and help patients; schedule appointments; maintain records and accounts.
Working hours: 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
