About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) , you'll bring your dedication to care and strong work ethic to provide exceptional in-field support to our patients. This role is to support St. George and the surrounding territory. Responsibilities include:
- Delivering exemplary nursing care according to individualized care plans.
- Assisting patients with daily activities under the supervision of a registered nurse or therapist.
- This role requires regular travel to visit patients in their homes.

Requirements
- Current CNA and CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license, active auto insurance (meeting state minimum requirements), and a reliable vehicle.
