Job Description

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our dynamic team in a manufacturing environment. As a Production Operator, you will play a critical role in operating machinery, ensuring product quality, and maintaining efficient production processes. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Operate and monitor production machinery to ensure efficient and accurate production.
Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules to meet quality and output goals.
Perform routine quality inspections to ensure finished products meet specifications.
Load raw materials into machines and unload finished products for packaging or storage.
Adjust machine settings and controls to ensure proper operation and optimal performance.
Identify and report equipment malfunctions or product defects promptly.
Maintain accurate production logs and documentation for quality and inventory tracking.
Assist with machine cleaning and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve efficiency.
Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Support lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S standards and process improvements.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and grow within the role.
