Production Puller - Shawnee, KS
This is a full-time, hourly position.
Job Summary
The Production Puller is responsible for removing finished products from the packaging area and locating them to the warehouse.
Job Description
  • Operate a forklift to remove finished products from packaging lines as needed
  • Verify the lot, batch, and product numbers match the information on the pallet
  • Assist production gatherers as needed
  • Ensure all pallets are properly shrink wrapped
  • Responsible for ensuring area is kept clean
  • Supply production with packaging supplies (i.e. cardboard, bags for the label room, pallets for production, etc.)
  • Consolidate rows in the warehouse making room for finished product.
  • Barcode, scan and properly locate product to the warehouse.
  • Understand and operate the palletizer and all downstream labeling and wrapping equipment.
  • Dump trash and recycle receptacles each shift.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • Detailed oriented and has proven computer proficiency
  • Basic math and reading skills
  • Ability to operate a forklift and tow motor safely
