~Supervising Physical Therapist~

This position allows are for *part time or full-time* hours

Heritage Rehab is seeking a skilled Supervising Physical Therapist to join our *In- House Therapy Team*! The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional care and possess in-depth knowledge of physiology. *The position offers competitive pay with a flexible schedule.*

_*Our skilled nursing facility in State College is located conveniently by I-90 and 322, not far from Penn State! *_

\*\*Duties\*\*

- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for patients

- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve patients' mobility and relieve pain

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-care techniques

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

- Maintain detailed patient records and progress reports

\*\*Experience:\*\*

- Experience in geriatrics, acute care, or inpatient settings is preferred

- Familiarity with medical terminology

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
