Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science degree in related discipline
- Minimum of 10 years experience in food manufacturing industry
- Minimum of 5 years experience managing quality and regulatory affairs
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of domestic and international food manufacturing regulations and standards, including AIB, FDA, USDA, and SQF
- Project management experience
- Strong ability to manage cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
