DIRECT HIRE

LOCATION: Indianapolis, IN

PAY: Up to $34/hour + Production Bonus

SHIFT: Monday-Friday, 7AM-4PM

Overview

This position is responsible for aiding in the maintenance of all transportation equipment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 8-10+ years in Class 8 truck maintenance experience.
• 1-3+ years as a Lead Technician.
• 1-3+ years in a Leadership position.
• MIG Welding experience is a MUST.
• Proficient in diesel electronic software.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• A valid driver’s license, with a clean driving record.
• Must be able pass a DOT physical.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership qualities with that ability to motivate others.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions.
