General Comments: Hospital: Med City Plano Location: Plano, TX Unit: PCU Tele 7 th FL (635) Classification: RN-PCU Shift Detail: Building/Floor/Suite information of unit : General Information Shift Details- Please correct information below if needed: Quantity: Bill Rate: Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift/Workdays: Weekend – Every Other Call Requirements: Yes Guaranteed Hours: 36 Special Skills/Experience required: 2 years + Unit Specifics - Information below is requested for better sourcing: Documentation system: Meditech Floating policy: As needed Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have : (candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role) 2+ Years of Hosp. experience 2+ Years of specialty experience BLS ACLS NIH Required Preferred Skills/Advanced Skills Needed : (candidates with these skills will be considered first) Experience with the following: MEDITECH EXP. PREFERRED PCU/Stepdown EXPERIENCE Specialty/Unit Certifications Required: (RN) ACTIVE RN LICENSE – TEMP LICENSE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire. Scrub Color RN: Royal Blue Nail Policy – Clean and Healthy, no artificial nails, gel, next gen, etc. Hair - hair should be neat and clean with no extreme styles or colors. Beards, mustaches and sideburns should be clean and neatly trimmed. Hair must be pulled back if shoulder length or longer when working in the lab. Tattoos – Body art should be covered whenever possible. Body art that is not feasible to cover on a daily basis will be addressed individually Piercings – Visible piercings other than ears is prohibited. This includes nose rings, tongue rings, etc. Other – Unit Guidelines/Policies: Floating Guidelines: Attendance Policies: The company wide attendance policy will be followed.
