Our dedicated therapy team has a proven track record of getting results The therapy gym is spacious and equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. \\Duties:\\ - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and in alignment with patient goals. - Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to enhance patient recovery and functional abilities. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and coordinated patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies, home exercises, and preventive measures. \\Skills:\\ - Possess a deep understanding of anatomy and physiology to inform treatment decisions effectively. - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while upholding high standards of patient care. - Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist is required; eligibility for licensure will also be considered.
