The therapy gym is equipped with all the tools that a therapist needs to provide the most effective treatment interventions. \\Duties:\\ - Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients based on thorough assessments. - Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to promote optimal recovery. - Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. - Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. - Educate patients and their families on treatment strategies and home exercise programs. \\Qualifications:\\ - Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. - Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist. - Profound understanding of anatomy and physiology. - Experience in geriatrics or long-term care setting is advantageous. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while upholding high-quality care standards.
