  • Support needed weekly with Oct 14-17th needed

  • Locum coverage is Monday - Friday 8:30-5:30
  • The site has a current credentialed locum provider available 3days per week
  • Needing 2 days per week for additional support
  • Tues and Wednesday are the weekday dates needed at this time
  • No Call
  • Primary Care clinician must be able to see all ages
  • Volume: 20 patients per day
  • Epic Training is every other week 8-4:30p and must be completed before the provider can start
  • 20 Patients Per Shift
  • Must see patients all ages
  • Peds Patients - 20%
  • Board Certified/Board Eligible
  • Active GA License
  • BLS Required
  • EMR: Epic
