Includes cleaning and providing quick and cost-effective maintenance repairs.nnPerforms general maintenancennMoves furniture with assistance as necessarynnReplaces light bulbsnnCleans bathrooms, kitchens, and office areas of debris/litternnCleans and sweeps floors as needednnWhen needed, assists in any way to clean home location, and if needed for special project, will assist in maintenance at other Communitas locationsnnAssists as needed to perform light plumbing tasks; unclogs drains and toilets, repairs leaky faucets, etc.nnPaintsnnOther related duties as assignednnAttend agency trainings as required.nnQualificationsnnHigh School diploma or equivalent requirednnKnowledge and experience of maintenance proceduresnnA passion and dedication to supporting our people is a mustnnValid Driver’s License and acceptable driving recordnnMust pass company background and reference checksnnCheck out our website: by JazzHR
