The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance defense litigation, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for providing high-quality legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in insurance defense cases, including bodily injury, property damage, and coverage disputes.
• Manage a caseload from inception through resolution, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
• Develop and implement legal strategies that align with client goals and case specifics.
• Provide timely and accurate legal advice to clients on case developments and potential outcomes.
• Engage in negotiations, settlement discussions, and alternative dispute resolution processes.
• Stay current with legal trends and developments relevant to insurance defense.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients, and experts to build strong case presentations.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 2+ years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
