A leading multinational pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Corporate Counsel to join its legal team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Head of Legal to provide legal advice to senior leaders throughout the company. Additionally, you will support the legal team by drafting and reviewing various transactional and commercial agreements. This highly visible role will report directly to the Head of Legal and will involve close collaboration with the General Counsel and senior leaders.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate licensing agreements, distribution agreements collaborations & partnership agreements, R&D agreements, and other related transactions.
• Advice various business units, focusing on commercial transactions and regulatory matters.
• Support various legal professionals throughout the organization, including the litigation team as needed.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of life science legal experience required
• Law degree from an accredited university
• Strong written and oral communication skills
