Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to support the Maintenance Manager in overseeing maintenance operations at our state-of-the-art facility. You will play a critical role in ensuring machine uptime and efficiency while fostering a collaborative and productive maintenance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily maintenance operations and machine uptime across the plant
• Support contractor management and spare parts usage control
• Help plan, schedule, and track preventative maintenance (PM) activities
• Ensure safety compliance, including LOTO procedures
• Troubleshoot and repair downed equipment hands-on
• Assist with major repair projects and maintaining 5S standards
• Allocate resources effectively and monitor overtime
• Promote a professional, team-oriented culture
• Assist in training and development of maintenance team members

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of industrial maintenance experience (CNC lathes/mills preferred)
• 3+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within maintenance
• High-volume manufacturing/automotive industry experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
