1st Shift (7am to 3:30pm)

We're currently seeking a Procurement Specialist for a leading industrial equipment manufacturer in Roselle, IL. As a Procurement Specialist, you will play a vital role in scheduling job milestones and uploading documents within their project management system; importing bills of materials, creating the purchase, sales, and work orders.

Base Salary - $55k to $75k

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree –preferably in supply chain management, logistics, or business administration
• 4+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing/buyer role at a manufacturing company.
• Experience in manufacturing and inventory control
• Experience creating, monitoring, and expediting purchase orders for projects.
• Experience building relationships and negotiating with vendors/supplier.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel
• ERP experience – Oracle Netsuite operating system is a PLUS
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask.

Responsibilities:

• Purchase goods or services that meet the quantity and quality expectations of the organization
• Importing bills of materials.
• Creating the purchase, sales, and work orders.
• Running reports to monitor purchase orders with vendors
• Creating weekly vendor stock orders to maintain inventory.
