Our client is looking for a candidate with a strong background in instructional design and ability to develop engaging and effective multimedia learning solutions for the Risk and Controls division

This is a long term contract role that must be done hybrid in Chicago. No third parties

Responsibilities:

• Review existing resources and make determinations on training material content to meet the current needs of the business
• Development and editing of engaging eLearns, infographics, motion graphic videos, instructor-led classes
• Apply expertise to write effective copy that is production-ready and free of errors in fact, style or presentation while meeting brand, legal, and compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills: PowerPoint, Word, Excel
• agile instructional design and development

• Camtasia
