Manager Payroll & Benefits

This role is pivotal in managing and overseeing the administration of payroll and employee benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing and recording of the company’s payroll, providing timely and accurate financial information, and administering all aspects of benefits.

Focus:
- Administer and oversee the payroll functions of the organization, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.
- Implement and oversee the employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other company benefits.
- Liaise with HRIS providers, with a preference for candidates familiar with UKG Ready platform, to ensure efficient operations.
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear, precise, and accessible communication.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding payroll, benefits, and employee issues.
- Work collaboratively in a team setting and maintain a strong focus on customer service to both internal employees and external partners.
- Organize and prioritize tasks effectively, managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Uphold a professional demeanor and demonstrate a high level of commitment and dedication to the organization.
Skill Set:
- Minimum of 4 years experience in payroll and benefits administration.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with UKG Ready HRIS platform is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, complemented by strong writing proficiency and meticulous precision.
- Highly effective listening skills and a genuine interest in addressing the concerns of others.
- Demonstrated discretion and expertise in maintaining sensitive data confidentiality.
- Effective planning, prioritization, and productivity skills are required.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated professionalism through consistent appearance, punctuality, and an overall commitment to the workplace.
