Packaging Team Lead , you will oversee and support production operations at our distribution center.

What We're Looking For - High school diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Physical ability to:
- Stand for the entirety of the shift
- Lift bags weighing up to 55 pounds
- Carry rails weighing up to 50 pounds
- Roll drums weighing up to 500 pounds
- Occasionally lift up to 125 pounds
- Perform tasks requiring stooping, bending, and standing for long periods
- Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
- Quick learner who can adapt to new chemical processes and equipment
- Capable of performing repetitive, strenuous, and heavy-lifting tasks
What You'll Do as a Packaging Team Lead - Package granular products in plastic bags, including filling, sealing, marking, boxing, and palletizing
- Assist in making batches by emptying bulk bags and liquid totes
- Package liquid products in plastic bottles, including filling, weighing, sealing, marking, boxing, and palletizing
- Operate a forklift to transport materials
- Train team members on safe equipment operation using work instructions and SOPs
- Support the supervisor with daily organization and packaging oversight
- Participate effectively in group discussions
- Maintain inventory accountability for all operations performed
- Work in other areas of the plant as needed
- Perform other tasks as assigned
