The Warehouse Coordinator/Driver positions located in our Golden Colorado office. This position will coordinate all warehouse entry to mid level operations and activities, including receiving, locating, pulling, inventory control, maintaining equipment and product databases along with corresponding paperwork. occasional heavy lifting. This position is key to keeping our field teams stocked with the tools to complete the jobs. As this position is the main contact for equipment and products, the Warehouse Coordinator may need to drive (possibly with a box truck or trailer) to get teams their tools. The goal of this position is to increase efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Education, Training and Skills Required:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

High school diploma or equivalent

Must maintain a valid state Drivers License and meet our insurance standards

Required 1+ years of Forklift experience w/loading and unloading trailers and trucks in various working conditions

Proficient computer operation skills-including Excel, Outlook

Preferred knowledge of safety regulations

CPR/First Aid

Excellent communications skills-both face to face and Email

3 years warehouse/materials experience preferred

Must be able to prioritize in a multi-task environment and work in a fast-paced team environment

Must be able to drive medium duty trucks (CDL not required)

Must be able to drive pick-ups with fully loaded trailers

LEAN experience

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as a team

Able to effectively collaborate with employees at all professional levels

Strong interpersonal and customer relation skills

Must be able to adapt quickly to changes in schedules

Essential Duties:

Ensures the accuracy of all shipping and receiving documents. Gathers and maintains all records relative to shipping and receiving

Vendor sourcing of requested materials to ensure Ethos receives optimum pricing on ordered items

Verifies customer furnished materials received match items expected

Verifies ordered materials match purchase orders

Picks up ordered materials for vendor and customer managed warehouses

Performs scheduled physical inventories

Manages Inventory System creating and deleting cards for inventoried items

Receives and stocks inventoried items from System

Supports materials deliveries to remote crews

Assures POs are issued to vendors

Maintains a clean and orderly warehouse with separations between customer furnished materials and company owned materials

Manages customer inventory control systems such as VAST, CATS LITE, RYDER Apps

Assures crews are equipped properly with correct tooling and supplies

Maintains Safety equipment inventory

Manages Customer material approvals

Manage scrap disposal for Contractors and Teams

Travel:

Local travel - As needed nights, weekends, holidays

Minimal out of state travel
