Job Details Responsibilities: Interview customers and gather and document requirements for planning how best to configure Springbrook's software Review converted data to ensure complete and accurate information is brought forward into our software Configure Springbrook's software in a manner consistent with the customer's business practices Provide end-user training in our software Provide go-live support and ensure a seamless transition of the customer account to Springbrook's Customer Support department Occasional travel to customer sites on occasion to perform software implementation work and training may be required. Maintain general awareness of Springbrook security and privacy policies Report any security incident or suspected security incident to the Springbrook Incident Response Team Required Qualifications: Proficiency in using complex software, including SaaS-based solutions, that focus on property tax management or financial bill software 2-5 years' experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., in professional services, customer support, customer success, etc.) Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience working in a property tax office (Assessor, Auditor, Treasurer) Prior experience working in a municipal government, water billing, or electric billing agency Prior experience working with municipal finance and billing software Prior experience working with ERP software (SAP, Salesforce, Sage/Intaact, NetSuite, etc.) Interested in hearing more?
