Assignment Details :
Board Certification in Urology is required
Active Michigan license is required
BLS certification is required
Clean Background for quick credentialing
COVID Vaccine required
Inpatient and outpatient call coverage. Locum will cover outpatient office, elective procedures, and inpatient emergent calls
Outpatient 90%; Inpatient 10% Peds 1%; Adult 80%; Geriatric 19%
15-20 clinic patients per day
Average number of hospital based surgeries per day: 1-2 emergent, 6-8 on elective surgery days
