Description

• Seeking an MOCVD Equipment Maintenance Technician to be responsible for maintenance of semiconductor process (MOCVD) equipment's.
• You will be providing maintenance services including preventative, predictive, and routine maintenance as well as basic repairs of MOCVD machines.
• You will report to production manager and work with engineering team to minimize downtime and sustain high volume production.
• The Maintenance Technician will apply skills, experience, and general knowledge of various crafts to safely and efficiently maintain and repair the production as well as facility equipment's.
• Installation, preventative maintenance, and repair of MOCVD equipment's
• Electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Organize spare parts, tools and materials
• Maintenance record management
• Follow SOPs and participate in updating/documenting new procedures
• Be available for after-hours maintenance issues
• This is an active role requiring the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• This job is in a manufacturing facility. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
• Daily use of handheld tools, power tools, ladders and other machinery required.

• Associate's degree in a related field
• Proficiency in English and Korean language
• Electrically and mechanically oriented
• Problem solving
• Proactive and Self-Motivated
• Quick learner, ability to follow instructions with minimal supervision
• Able to differentiate colors and see small wires/objects
• Minimum and Additional Requirements
• Knowledge of electrical wiring
• Experience in machine maintenance >2 years
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook)
• Must be willing to complete a background check and drug test
