Johns Hopkins All Children's Hospital is a premiere clinical and academic health system, providing expert pediatric care for infants, children and teens with some of the most challenging medical problems. Ranked in multiple specialties by U.S. News & World Report, we provide access to innovative treatments and therapies. With more than half of the 259 beds in our teaching hospital devoted to intensive care level services, we are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida's west coast. Physicians and community hospitals count on us to care for critically ill patients and perform complex surgical procedures. Through collaborations, we manage neonatology and other pediatric services at several community hospitals along Florida's west coast.
Join our team as a Pediatric Medicine Nurse and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our pediatric patients. We are a 41-bed unit catering to patients up to 21 years old. Our unit specializes in providing care to medical patients, with some surgical cases. We offer specialized treatment for a diverse range of diagnoses, including but not limited to cystic fibrosis, diabetes, eating disorders, asthma, short gut, failure to thrive, inflammatory bowel disease and many more. Who Should Apply:
- RN License required. FL State or Compact License
- BSN preferred.
- A minimum of 1-year RN experience pediatrics preferred.
- Current AHA BLS Certification
Applicants with an Associate's degree in nursing will be required to obtain within 36 months.
