This role will support an Electrophysiology practice based in Bay Shore, NY seeing up to 15-20 patients per day as well as serving as a mentor to NP and PA staff.nnJob ResponsibilitynnPerforms the duties of an Advanced Clinical Provider, including the handling of the more complex, technical casesnnGuides and directs Advanced Clinical Providers, as well as, other department staff.nnPerforms administrative tasks including, but not limited to, scheduling employees, new employee orientation, quality assurance, cost containment, and payroll, etc.nnEngages in research activities and other special projects.nnPerforms related duties as required. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions.nnJob QualificationnnMaster's Degree in a Nurse Practitioner Program and National Board Certification in specialty area required.nnCurrent License to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in New York State,and Current License to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State required.nnHas a collaborative practice agreement with designated protocols filed with NYS Department of Education OR collaborative relationship attestation as per the Nurse Practitioner Modernization Act 2015.nn3+ years of technical experience, required.nnORnnBachelor's Degree, required.
