Job OverviewnnThe Hubbell Internship Program is a 10 to 12-week program providing students the opportunity to gain corporate experience, learn about all aspects of our business, and prepare students with the kind of experience needed to have a rewarding career at Hubbell.nnAs an Employee Relations intern at Hubbell, you will gain experience in the implementation of an enterprise-wide positive employee relations strategy. You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and revising HR policies and in gathering data relative to HR policy benchmarking and best practices. You will leverage data to help drive positive employee experiences.
