Job Description Job Summary: Zentech Consulting is seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Manager to lead our Labor & Delivery and Antepartum Department. This position, reporting to the Director of Women's Services, requires a commitment to providing the highest level of clinical and operational performance, with a focus on quality nursing care and leadership excellence.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, manage, and direct the activities of the Labor & Delivery and Antepartum department.
- Assist the Director in upholding the department's goals and maintaining the highest standards.
- Provide leadership to nursing personnel, students, and act as a resource for physicians and patients.
- Ensure delivery of professional nursing care in the department.
Additional Information: - This is an evening-night/varied shift position.
- Separate Nurse Manager oversees the day shift.
Requirements - Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required (MSN preferred).
- Current Registered Nurse licensure in California.
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the area of supervision.
- 1-3 years of progressive hospital/nursing management experience.
- Fully vaccinated for COVID-19, unless exempt
