Key Responsibilities: - Interviewing and hiring FOH team members to build a cohesive and talented staff.
- Managing reservations and guest communications with a focus on excellence.
- Leading and training a FOH team to maintain and elevate service standards.
- Engaging with guests to ensure their experience exceeds expectations.
- Acting as the link between FOH and BOH to ensure smooth operations and team harmony.
